Warranty
Warranty terms and conditions:
- UAB "Opera – klausos sprendimai” provides a 24-month warranty service for the purchased hearing aid, unless otherwise provided in the purchase conditions.
- Warranty service is provided only for possible factory defects that may have occurred during production.
- Warranty service is applied upon submission of hearing aid documents, which indicate the product model, serial number and date of purchase. The company reserves the right to refuse to fulfill warranty obligations if the aforementioned information has been deleted, is difficult to read or changed after the purchase of the device and it is impossible to identify the product.
- UAB "Opera – klausos sprendimai" undertakes to provide hearing aid repair services for 5 years from the date of purchase.
- During the warranty and post-warranty period of the hearing aid, all technical maintenance is performed only at authorized "Opera klausos centras" in Lithuania.
- Free warranty service of the device or replacement of the purchased hearing aid does not change or extend the original warranty period.
- The customer has the opportunity, during the repair period of the hearing aid, to receive a replacement FLEX-Trial hearing aid (additional cost applies).
The warranty does not apply if:
- If the device has been repaired or modified by persons not authorized by the Manufacturer.
- For mechanically damaged/broken parts of the hearing aid and charger cables.
- The warranty does not apply to hearing aid failures that occurred due to the user’s fault when using non-original and unapproved accessories.
- If the failure occurred due to improper transportation, storage, operation, or non-compliance with the rules of the user manual.
Conditions for returning/replacing a hearing aid:
According to the Law on Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania, hearing aids are classified as medical devices, and high-quality goods classified as such are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. UAB “Opera – klausos sprendimai” reserves the right to return/replace hearing aids taking into account the reasons specified in the client’s written request no later than 14 days after the purchase of the hearing aid.
Services provided during the purchase of a hearing aid (video otoscopy, mold removal, audiogram), individually selected/made hearing aids (individual insert, receiver, slim-tube) are non-returnable.
Precautions when using a hearing aid:
- Protect the hearing aid from direct exposure to liquid/moisture. Remove the hearing aid when bathing or swimming, do not use the hearing aid in heavy rain. Do not leave it in the bathroom (due to the high humidity there). Before inserting your hearing aid, make sure your ear canal is dry and clean, free of earwax or water.
- Protect your hearing aid from impacts on hard surfaces.
- Remove your hearing aids before going to bed.
- After using your hearing aid, clean the device and the individual earmold with a damp cloth, then dry it.
- To replace the hearing aid element, follow the instructions in your hearing aid manual.
Order of purchase
Procedure for the purchase and sale of goods
1. General provisions
- These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) are a legal document binding on the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the e-shop www.operalt.lt (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop).
- By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with these Procedures, when, having entered all the necessary data in the shopping cart section of the e-shop, he clicks the SUBMIT button, and upon receiving the order, the Seller confirms it – sends an order confirmation letter to the e-mail specified by the Buyer.
2. Buyer’s rights and obligations
- The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with the Procedure established here.
- The Buyer has the right to return poor-quality goods to the Seller and demand a refund for them or replace the goods with high-quality ones if they are defective.
- The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the specified amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
- When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide correct data. If the Buyer’s data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must immediately update them or inform the Seller by phone 8 5 2494940 or by e-mail uzsakymai@operalt.lt.
- By placing an order in the e-shop, the Buyer agrees to these Procedures and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Seller’s rights and obligations
- The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
- The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy regarding the Buyer’s personal information specified in the registration form and not to transfer it to third parties.
- If the Buyer tries to undermine the stability and security of the e-store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the e-store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
- The Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
- The Seller has the right to change the e-store Procedure at any time.
- If the Buyer does not use the online store services for a long time, his login account may be deleted.
4. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms
- In the e-shop, the Buyer can order goods 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- Prices of goods in the e-shop and in the formed order are indicated in euros, including VAT.
- The Buyer must pay for the goods by bank transfer by transferring the amount for the goods and delivery (if applicable) to the bank account specified by the Seller.
- The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The parcel with the goods is prepared only after receiving payment for the goods.
- If the Buyer fails to make payment within 3 calendar days, the order is canceled.
5. Delivery of goods
- The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
- The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding delivery to an inappropriate entity.
- When placing the order, the Buyer indicates how he wants to receive the goods:
- Pick up at the selected OPERA hearing center
- Deliver to an OMNIVA parcel machine
- Delivery to the specified address using OMNIVA courier services
- The goods are sent to the Buyer the next business day after payment confirmation.
- The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer within 1–5 business days. This term is preliminary and may differ if the goods are out of stock, of which the Buyer is informed. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The Seller will immediately contact the Buyer and agree on new terms.
- The Seller is exempted from liability for violation of delivery terms if the delay or non-delivery occurs due to the fault of the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
- The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is damaged, incomplete, or contains unordered goods.
- If damage is noticed upon delivery, the Buyer must photograph it and send the images to the Seller by e-mail, or if delivered by courier, record it on the delivery document or a separate report in the courier’s presence. Failure to do so releases the Seller from liability for such damage.
- If goods are returned to the Seller due to incorrect address or failure to collect from a parcel machine, the Buyer must pay the re-shipping costs and return costs. If the Buyer refuses re-delivery, shipping fees are not refunded.
6. Quality of goods, guarantees
- Product data are listed in each product’s description in the e-shop.
- Images may show quantities not reflecting the price per unit; units are indicated in the description.
- The Seller is not responsible for slight differences in color, shape, or size due to monitor or phone screen characteristics.
7. Return and exchange of goods
- Defective goods are repaired, replaced, or returned according to Order No. 4-243 of 2012 by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. View the document.
- Return of quality goods:
- The Buyer may return quality goods within 7 days of delivery by emailing uzsakymai@operalt.lt with the order number and reason.
- The Buyer must send the goods by registered mail and provide the tracking number to the Seller within 24 hours.
- The goods must be unused, in original packaging, complete, and in commercial condition.
- A printed purchase document must be provided (copy of order or invoice).
- The Buyer pays return shipping; only the price of the goods is refunded.
- Return of defective goods:
- The Seller replaces the product or refunds the Buyer.
- The Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 days, providing photos or videos showing the defect.
- The product must be in original condition and include purchase documents.
- The Seller covers shipping costs for defective or exchanged goods.
- The Seller may refuse returns not following these conditions.
- For wrong products, the Seller replaces them or refunds the full amount (including shipping if unavailable).
- For discounted items, only the paid discounted amount is refunded.
8. Protection of personal data
- When ordering goods, the Buyer provides personal details (name, address, phone, e-mail) used only to fulfill the order and handle delivery issues.
- The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data.
- By ordering, the Buyer agrees that personal data will be processed to fulfill the order and that notifications related to it will be sent.
- Personal data may be used for marketing only with the Buyer’s consent.
- The Buyer must protect login credentials and not disclose them.
- The Seller will not disclose Buyer data except when required by law or with the Buyer’s written consent.
9. Marketing and information
- The Seller may organize promotions and offers on operalt.lt.
- The Seller may change or cancel promotions without notice.
- The Seller sends notices to the Buyer’s registered e-mail address.
- The Buyer sends notices or questions to uzsakymai@operalt.lt or by phone 8 5 2494940.
- The Seller is not responsible for unreceived messages due to technical issues or incorrect Buyer data.
- The Buyer’s personal data may be used for marketing only under the conditions in paragraph 8.4.
10. Final provisions
- These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
- All disputes arising from these Rules shall be resolved by negotiation; if no agreement is reached, by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

- Data received from institutions: data received from courts, law enforcement institutions, notaries, bailiffs, lawyers, tax administrators regarding income, financial obligations, property held, unpaid debts.
- Data generated using electronic means of communication: data submitted by e-mail and on the website, traffic data – IP address used during the Internet user’s connection, operating system version and parameters of the device you use to access content/services; login information – the terms of your queries that you enter on the operalt.lt website, the duration and time of the session, as well as any information stored in cookies that we have set on your device.
How we use the information provided about you:
- To identify and verify your identity.
- To fulfill contractual obligations.
- To communicate – so that we can provide the requested services and respond to your inquiries.
- To provide consultations and assess your needs.
- If you have consented to the disclosure of personal data.
- To state institutions:
- The State Health Insurance Fund, when processing documents for the issuance/purchase of an orthopedic device (hearing aid) prescribed to a person;
- To law enforcement institutions in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- To our service providers (IT system maintenance companies, companies providing accounting services).
